Welcome to my website! As a nutritionist and educator, I've designed this website to provide you with lots of practical information on nutrition and pregnancy--the two areas that have been the focus of my career for more than thirty years. In the sections on the right and left you'll find answers to frequently asked nutrition and pregnancy questions, challenging mini-tests to rate your knowledge about bone health, prematurity, and multiple pregnancy, and a look inside my own grocery cart.
As a writer and researcher, I've presented many abstracts and published numerous research papers in medical journals. For those of you who are interested, I've listed these under About Dr. Luke. In addition, I've authored or coauthored 16 books--some for health professionals and others for the general public. These books can be found in the Book Shelf section, with direct links for purchasing.
The last, and most important, section of my website is the Consultation Services.
